Prohibition of gambling as an existential issue
We are only 4 days away from the deadline of the UIGEA, the infamous gambling ban that attempts to put a block on nearly all forms of internet gambling (expect horse racing, lotto and other less mainstream forms of betting). The question many have right now is whether the UIGEA is powerful (and clear) enough to make a change. Many politicians have already speculated that Americans will continue to gamble online whether there is a law against it or not. Proof of this is that still millions of Americans gamble from their computers and the UIGEA has yet to prove its effectivity. If the UIGEA can bring a change when it is so hard to keep control of who’s playing and who’s not and what’s most important, through what methods the money is being handled (which is ultimately what the UIGEA is against, the financial transaction methods for gambling), then many Americans will have to face a serious threat, namely, what to do with all the extra free time.
Online gambling easily takes up several hours of many American’s daily schedule and without having their routine to recourse to they will have to figure out what to do. Internet has taken up much of modern man’s time, in some cases exceeding the time spent in front of a TV. Beyond any doubt human beings have to occupy themselves with some hobby or activity in their free time and gambling ended up being a prime entertainment source for many Americans. What will they do now if they don’t have the liberty to gamble their own money on the internet? It is more than likely that pressure will be put to Washington and a more lax law should come in place, allowing consenting adults to do as they will with their money and free time.

Superior Casino soon to release new look!
The leaders of design and innovation are not only those that are within the domains of fashion and art. Superior Casino, a leading online casino in itself, is one of the most innovative producers of designs within the online gambling industry. They have announced officially through their Facebook Fan Page that they are releasing a new design for their lobby and, shortly after that, for their website too. The new lobby design appears to be much more futuristic and within the avant-guard of the moment. They are stepping away from the more classical look to a more modern style, but still retaining their image of sophistication and edge.
Superior Casino is expected to release the new lobby within the next 3 weeks. The games will also present a new feel, as they are turning from the old blue and gold look to a dark red and gold color. The new website will retain most of the structure and format but the design is expected to be much more advanced than the current one.
While this seems like a complete overhaul by the team at Superior Casino, it is to be noted that the games themselves, in particular, the slot machine, will continue the same. The table games overall design will continue exactly as it is with the only difference of a new color for the table felt.
As with any new image makeover, Superior Casino will be releasing new banners and advertising material that fits better with the newer design. Their logo, while still retaining it’s characteristic S over a C, will have a slightly more modern backdrop.
Stay tune as Superior Casino is expected to release new promotion, as part of their overhaul. They will be giving out loads of free bonus cash through their new Facebook page, which is likely to become their main communication method.

Traditional Superior Slot Machines
Some of the best online slot games offered by Superior Casino are those more traditional-looking games. Classic three reel slot games are not merely visually traditional to the eye, but rather these games are traditional in the sense that they resemble the first slot machines ever created. The very first slot machines were actually vending machines, like the ones we see today with snacks and sodas, but were used with a more gambling-oriented objective.
In the 20th century, these vending machines turned into the more normal gambling devices
that we all love and were first called “fruit machines”. These fruit machines had one payline and three reels with symbols that included a diamond, a spade and a heart. Later on these symbols would be replaced with the 7s, BARS and cheery symbols that are easily recognized by slot enthusiasts from around the globe. Traditional slots, or three reel slots, are found all over land-based casinos as well as online venues and range from the most simple themes of fruits and money to more complex topics that have a story behind them.
Superior Casino offers classic slot lovers a wide selection of traditional slot machines to choose from. However, even though these slot games are traditional-looking they’re not so classic in the sense that they offer bonus features that the more classic machines did not. One of Superior Casino’s latest addition is called Global Cup Soccer with only one payline and three reels and a great deal of symbols to create huge winning patterns. A classic slot game with a more complex story goes by the name of Eggstravaganza and revolves around the theme of an Easter scavenger egg hunt. Some of their other three reel classic games are Bust-A-Vault, Chicken Little, Big Cash Win, Milk the Cash Cow and Fantastic Fruit.

Why players stick to slot rather than table games
There is a known fact that players that like slot machines will rarely like to play table or poker games. The reason for this attitude can be easily explained by studying the psychology of the players. Online slots are very different in their structure than table games. The main difference usually stressed is the chance element in the former and the skill element on the latter. However, there is a more significant aspect that keeps player solely playing slots rather than venturing into table games. Namely, slots give the opportunity (however scarce it may be) to hit big on a relatively small wager. On the other hand, table games such as Blackjack, War, Baccarat, and the like, do give out proportionally high jackpots when compared to the individual bets. Those games need to be played for a long period of time and in significant amounts to ever win a huge amount. Slots on the other hand allow players to hit a jackpot 10,000 times their original bet in a flash.
With the above view on gambling, we can see how the psychology of some players operates. While some players are more intent on skill games which may pay off after much wagering/challenge, there are others that want the magic to work by its own, and want to be just there went the bells go off with a sumptuous jackpot.
Whatever your choice, both forms of gambling are rewarding if you do it with moderation. If you have a gut feeling you have luck by your side and you’ll find that lucky slot machine that is about to pay, then go for it. But if you trust in your judgment, then head to table games where you’ll be able to apply logic, skill and hunches all in one game. If you like both styles, then why not try both!
